A 10% Buyer's Premium will be added to the final Sales Price. All applicable taxes will be assessed based on the sum of the sales price and buyer's premium.
Lot 1b. All items are untouched and unit will be in same condition as when we videoed it. All units have been untouched. We are the only ones with keys for access and have not moved or removed any items from any unit. Please view the video for each lot.

The storage unit owners said that renting each unit short term or long term is a possibility. You would need to meet the requirements for renting a unit.
Several Storage units for auction in Seymour MO. These are all from one owner. The owner passed away and we need to settle his estate. Each unit will sell to the highest bidder, and everything inside has been untouched or moved. We are the only ones with access, and everything is in the original condition as we found it.
